Legal Advisor Required at Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company PCMMDC 2024. Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (hereinafter the “PCMMDC”) has been established under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 by the Government of Punjab. PCMMDC Sargodha Division is looking for Legal Advisor/Advocate at Divisional level to appear in the lower courts (all cases, suits, appeals, arbitration and proceedings in civil courts, session courts, ombudsman, investigation agency or any tribunal or special courts constituted under any law) on behalf of company on retainer-ship initially for 1 year contract which may be extended after the approval of competent authority.
1. Interested candidate must have well experience of dealing the District Courts, Civil Courts, Session Courts, Federal Ombudsman Courts, Investigation agency etc.
2. Interested candidates meeting the requisite qualification/ experience/ criteria for the mentioned post may submit their Resume/CVs along with profile/ success history. High Court License latest by May 27, 2024.
