Jobs in Punjab Land Records Authority as a Legal Advisor 2024. Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) intends to hire the services of experienced Legal Advisor for the period of 3 years. The Legal Advisor will be selected in accordance with procedure set out by the Government in accordance with PLRA (Engagement of Leal Advisors / Counsels) Regulations, 2020.
a. It shall be the duty of Legal Advisor engaged by the Authority to tender legal advice(s) to and to take care and conduct of the court cases on behalf of the Authority and its officers/officials.
b. Legal Advisor engaged by the Authority shall not accept any case to be instituted / filed against the interests of PLRA.
c. Legal Advisor shall be bound to disclose his conflict of interest to the Authority at the earliest.
d. All the instances of breach of professional conduct by Legal Advisor shall be promptly reported to the respective Bar Councils for the initiation of appropriate proceedings. Provided that PLRA shall be entitled to recover damages for indemnification of loss caused due to professional misconduct.
e. Advocate engaged by PLRA shall sign a non-disclosure agreement with PLRA.
• Interested candidates are required to submit their curriculum vitae (CV) alongwith attested copies of all educational degrees / certificates, experience letters, advocacy license, domicile, two copies of CNIC and two fresh photographs, complete in all respect must reach this office till 29th March, 2024 through post/courier only.
• Authority have reserves the rights to abolish the engagement process at any stage.
• Call letters will be sent to shortlisted candidates for interviews.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for interviews.
• Incomplete applications would be rejected.
• Applications received after scheduled time shall not be entertained.
