Applications are invited for the posts of Consultants, Medical Officer, Staff Nurses, Admin Officer, Computer Operator, Midwife and LHV from suitable qualified professionals having Punjab Domicile for hiring of Lump Sum Pay Package for six (06) months (on Consultancy Mode) not extendable, at Govt. Al-Aziz Hospital & Paramedical College Nangal Sadhan Muridkey District Sheikhupura.
1. These positions are offered purely on Lump Sum package for six (06) months (on Consultancy Mode) not extendable.
2. These posts are non-transferable and post specific.
3. The authority reserves the rights to cancel or reject applications without stating any reason and also have the rights to cancel the whole process at any stage.
4. Hiring will be made purely on merit basis.
5. Regular Government/Semi Government employees should apply through proper channel.
6. In case the selected. Candidate wished to resign, one-month notice in advance shall be required or in case of immediate resignation, an amount equal to one month pay shall have to be returned.
1. Candidate shall submit duly filled application along with all attested photo copies of their documents in the office of Chief Executive Officer, District Health Authority Sheikhupura, Lahore Sargodha Road, Near Chinaab Nursery, Sheikhupura. 2. Incomplete applications or application received after due date or closing of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.
3. Application completed in all respect should be submitted till 30.03.2024.
4. Interviews will be conducted at (Zila Council Hall, Company Bhag Sheikhupura at 10:00 AM) for Sr.# 01 to 03 on 16.04.2024 and; Sr.#04 to 06 on 17.04.2024.
5. In case of large number of candidates, competent authority reserves the right to call the short-listed candidates for interview.
6. No separate test/interview call and invitation will be made on eligible shortlisted candidates.
7. No TADA will be admissible to candidate.
8. Department has the right to accept/reject or cancel any application or recruitment process.
9. Number of vacancies can be increased or decreased at any time without any notice.
10. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate.
