The Silver Jubilee Maternity & Children Hospital of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), District Branch, Liaquat Road, Sahiwal, an autonomous institution established under the Pakistan Red Crescent Society Act, 1974, invites applications from suitable candidates, both male and female, for appointment against the posts of Director(HR and Finance), Medical Officer/Woman Medical Officer.
1. Director (HR & Finance):
Number of Vacancy: 01
Qualification & Experience: Master degree in Public Health/Public Administration! Public Finance, MBA, MPA, MBBS; with a minimum 5-year experience of dealing with the human resource and financial management at any similar natured or sized institution.
Salary: Rs.95,000/- per month
Job Description:
a) Overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources and financial functions within the institute.
b) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
c) Manage recruitment, onboarding and retention processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
d) Oversee payroll, all expenditures and maintain accurate financial records.
e) Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, ensuring Financial sustainability.
f) Provide strategic leadership in financial planning and resource allocation.
g) Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HR and Finance.
h) Facilitate effective communication between management arid staff.
i) Achieving targets of UHI as defined by the competent authority.
j) Getting approved/certified the SJM&CH from PHC as well as SehatCard
k) Defending litigation against the hospital
2. Medical Officer/Woman Medical Officer:
Number of Vacancies: 04
Qualification: MBBS from a recognized institute. Salary: Rs,80,000/- per month
Job Description:
A) Delivery of quality healthcare services.
b) Conducting medical assessments, examinations, and providing appropriate treatment to patients.
c) Collaborating with other medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
d) Ensuring compliance with medical standards, protocols and ethical practices.
e) Participating in trainings and mentoring junior medical staff, subject to permission of the competent authority.
f) Contributing to the development and implementation of health and initiatives. g) Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
h) Collaborating with the hospital administration to enhance overall healthcare service delivery.
I. Interested candidates should apply through registered mail or courier on or before 29.02.2024 addressed to the Deputy Commissioner / Chairman PRCS, District branch. DC Office, Sahiwal along with CV and attested copies of all educational and experience related documents.
II. Applications received after the closing date shall riot be accepted.
III. Degrees qualifications obtained from local or foreign institutions must be recognized by the HEC and the UHS, as the case may be.
IV. The appointment shall be made initially for a period of 03 years on contract basis, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance.
V. The positions are purely on temporary basis, on a lump sum monthly remuneration (negotiable), involving no gratuity or pension related benefits.
VI. Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview and no TA / DA shall be admissible. Date, time and place of interview shall be communicated in due course of time.
VII. The Selection Committee is authorized to change/ amend/alter any of the terms and conditions during the recruitment process in order to have the best suitable candidates selected for the hospital.
VIII. Decision of the Selection Committee shall be final and not challengeable in any court.
