The office of Ombudsperson Punjab has been working on Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2010 and The Punjab Enforcement of Women Property Rights Act 2021. The Ombudsperson Punjab, being the competent authority under section 7(4) of the Protection against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act 2010, has been pleased to invite applications from eligible candidates, having Punjab domicile, for its (08) regional offices (Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Multan, Faisalabad, DG Khan, Sargodha, and Rawalpindi) for vacant posts of Stenographer, Driver, Naib Qasid, Dispatch Rider and Sweeper on lump sum for a period of six (06) months and daily wages for eighty nine (89) days contract, purely on temporary basis (will extendable on satisfactory performance).
1- For Sr. No. 1 Applicants are required to submit online applications only, through Online Jobs Portal https:/jobs.punjab.gov.pk/ before 15 August, 2024,
2- For Sr. No. 2 to 6, applicant are required to submit all relevant documents copies to head office Lahore by hand/courier.
3- Local candidates of relevant district will be preferred.
4- General age relaxation in upper age limit will be permissible as per Government of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No.SOR-I(S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 21-05-2012.
5- To avoid frustration, candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they are physically fit, healthy, active, energetic, willing to work for long hours with good Interpersonal skills and fulfill all the requirements of the rules and selection criteria (relating to the relevant post).
6- The application shall be rejected in case the required information is found incorrect, false, forged or withheld during scrutiny of the original documents presented at the time of test/interview and the applicant will also be prosecuted in accordance with law.
7- In-Service Government employee may submit the application through proper channel.
8- Tests/Interviews for these posts will be conducted at head office Lahore.
9- This office reserves the rights to short list those candidates who qualify written test for the purpose of interview keeping in view the number of posts cancel/withdraw any part of the advertisement without any prior notice and to increase/decrease the number of posts or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
10- No TA/DA will be admissible to the applicants called for Test and Interview.
