Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC), Pakistan’s leading public sector utility, serves the people of Karachi metropolitan area, and is responsible for ensuring clean, safe drinking water and sewerage services to the general public. The organization is implementing an ambitious plan of institutional reforms aimed at making it an operationally efficient, service-oriented and financially viable entity. In order to achieve this ambitious turnaround, the Board of KW&SC is seeking the services of dynamic and committed individuals to lead the organization.
The Board is looking for high caliber professionals with a record of successfully leading public or private sector organization(s). The candidates should have a history of significant achievements that contributed to the growth, profitability or reputation of the organization. Prior experience of institutional transformation and change management would be an added advantage.
