Jobs in Fisheries Department Govt of Punjab 2024. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the posts of Manager MIS, GIS Analyst, Android Developer, Fisheries Research Assistant, Junior Clerk, Electrician, Supervisor, Driver, Tubewell Operator, Fisherman, Chowkidar and Sweeper (on contract basis) under the following development projects in the Department of Fisheries, Punjab:
1. Digitalization of Fisheries Information & Management System (2024-25).
2. Establishment of Hatchery Facilities for Pangasius and other High Value Fish Species (2024-25 to 2026-27).
1- The recruitment will be made as per the approved Contract Policy of the Government, 2004 (as amended from time to time).
2- Attested copies of documents and one passport size attested photograph must be attached with the application.
3- Upper age relaxation will be 5 years for male candidates and 8 years for female candidates.
4- Hafiz Quran (who has memorized from any approved Madrasa of Federation of Madrasas) will be given 5 additional marks.
5- Govt/semi-govt, employees should send applications through their respective department.
6- Merit list will be prepared as per the recruitment policy issued by Govt.
7- All applications should reach the office address given against each vacancy by post or by hand on or before 27.09.2024. The applications received after due date will not be considered. Further that each application should clearly state the postal address and telephone number of the candidate.
8- Candidates appearing for interview test will not be given TADA.
9- Separate call letter will be sent for interview.
10- The department reserves the right of shortlisting of candidates.
11- The department reserves the right not to recruit any post without assigning any reason.
12- The post for which the application is to be submitted, the name of that post should be written on one comer of the envelope.
13- All appointments shall be on contract basis and non-transferable and shall be till the completion of development project or its termination whichever is earlier.
