Govt of Punjab Irrigation Department Jobs 2024 Apply Online. Government of the Punjab, Irrigation Department, (Irrigation Research Institute). intends to hire the services of Individual Consultants under the project “Recharge of Aquifer for Groundwater Management in Punjab under ADP scheme. Expression of Interest (BOI) from eligible, qualified, and experienced Individual Consultants for the positions of Groundwater Modeling Expert, Junior Groundwater Expert, GIS Specialist/Data Manager and Socio Economic Specialist are hereby invited.

1. Expressions of Interest with covering letter addressed to the Chief Engineer Research along with detailed C.V indicating qualification, experience, list of similar assignments undertaken during the last five to eight years along with time duration of each assignment and description of the nature and scope of work, attested copies of I.D card, domicile certificate, educational certificates and experience certificates should reach in the office of undersigned up to 20-03-2024 by the closing of the office hours (05:00 pm).
2. A sealed separate envelope containing financial bid for the assignment period may also be enclosed.
3. Undertaking that the consultant has not been black listed or declared ineligible by any Government/ Semi Government Organization.
4. Detailed Terms of References & Scope of work (in English) for the assignment are available in office of the undersigned during office hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday, except public holidays or can be downloaded from the website http://irrigation.punjab.gov.pk/.
5. Consultants are requested to provide only that material which is specific to the proposed services, and avoid submitting generic promotional literature.
6. Selection of the Individual Consultants shall be processed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended upto date.
7. Short listing will be made on the basis of qualification and experience.
8. The above consultants are required on project basis upto 30.09.2024 and Agreement will be terminated at any time due to non-availability of funds without any notice.
9. Only Shortlisted consultants will be called for interview.
10. Consultants have to bring their original certificates/documents at the time of interview.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible in this regard.
