Food Department Jobs Gilgit Baltistan 2024. In order to computerize and digitize the operations of Food Department Gilgit-Baltistan, applications are invited for recruitment against the posts of Mobile App Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst, Network/Hardware Engineer and Food Fortification Facilitators under the development projects “Food Management Information System” (FMIS) and “Food Fortification Program in Food Department GB” on purely contract basis, at Directorate Food Gilgit Baltistan.

1- Interested candidate may obtain application form from the Office of the Director Food (HQ) Directorate of Civil Supplies and Transport Jutial, Gilgit.
2- Candidates fulfilling required qualification and experience may submit the application form along with 02 Passport size pictures, attested copies of all documents including domicile, CNIC, academic certificate, experience certificate (if any) and any other relevant documents at Office of Director Food (HQ), Directorate of Civil Supply & Transport Gilgit-Baltistan Jutial, Gilgit within 15 days of publication of this advertisement by hand or through registered courier service.
3- Applications received after the due date shall not be entertained.
4- Applicants must bring and keep original CNIC with them during all stages of recruitment process.
5- Government employees must apply through proper channel after attaching departmental permission certificate/NOC with the application form and other required documents.
6- Only Shortlisted candidates as per eligibility criteria shall be called for Test/ Interview.
7- Minimum and Maximum age relaxation shall be admissible as per relevant recruitment rules (amended from time to time)/GB Government Policy.
8- Appointment shall be subject to the verification of the academic credentials, degrees and certificate from the respective institutions and expenses incurred therein shall be borne by the candidate himself.
9- If the information, academic credentials, certificates, degrees or any other document submitted by the candidate are found to be Incorrect, fake or forged at any stage during test/ interview or after the appointment, the candidature of the candidate shall be rejected, and strict legal action shall be taken.
10- Competent Authority may increase or decrease the number of posts/vacancies in due course of time.
11- Appointment will be made purely on contract basis for a period of one year extendable for a further period of one year subject to satisfactory performance during 1st year.
12- Appointment will be made purely on contract basis for a period of one year to Food Fortification Facilitators.
13- The appointed candidates shall not claim regularization of service at any forum in the court of law.
14- No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates in connection with test/ interview.
