Jobs in Pakistan Railways Aug 2024 Apply Now. Pakistan Railways invites applications from candidates to fill the vacant posts of Sub Engineer Civil, Sub Engineer Electrical, Sub Engineer Signals, Sub Engineer Telecom, Sub Engineer Mechanical and Assistant Station Master. Last date for submissions of applications is August 28, 2024.
1- Application form shall be downloaded by visiting (Pakistan Railways) Website i-e www.pakrail.gov.pk. and are required to submit as per following instructions:-
a)Form duly typed and email to CPO at email address cpo@pakrail.gov.pk.
b) Signed forms along with attested copies of Educational Documents, CNIC, Domicile, and Two fresh passport size photographs.
c) Three postal envelopes duly stamped and return address mention thereon.
2- The above documents should be directly sent through Registered Dak or courier to Chief Personnel Officer, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Empress Road, Lahore.
3- Eligibility of the candidates shall be determined on the basis of applicant qualification, performance in written test and interview (70% Written Test + 30% Interview).
4- The candidates who are serving in Railways or any other department shall submit their application through proper channel along with NOC.
5- Application forms may also be obtained from Pakistan Railway Divisional Offices at Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Multan Sukkur, Karachi, Quetta and Moghalpura. (vi)Last date of receipt of applications is 28.08.2024up to 05:00 PM, in CPO office and through email.
6- Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be rejected. Only those candidates who fulfill the laid down criteria are eligible to apply.
7- No TA/DA shall be admissible for test/interview.
8- The candidate selected will be required to:-
a. Pass prescribed Medical Examination and clearance by Security Agencies.
b. Undergo specified training.
c. Posted anywhere in Pakistan Railways system in any cadre of the concerned category.
9- If any document provided by candidate is found bogus during the recruitment process and afterwards, the appointment will be treated as cancelled and legal action may be taken.
