The University of Chakwal Jobs 2024. The University of Chakwal invites individuals to fulfill the various vacant posts. Candidates who could meet the required eligibility criteria should apply online till July 15, 2024.

1- Candidates must apply online through the UoC website link: https://uoc.edu.pk/jobs.html followed by submission of six (06) sets of dossier for the post of Professor and Associate Professor, while one (01) set of dossier for all other posts along with duly signed online Application Form and original paid system generated Fee Challan.
2- Candidates also required to submit detailed resume (preferably double-sided page print) along with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, degrees, result cards, transcripts, experience certificates and first page of each publication showing journal name, author list etc.
3- Candidates for the posts (Professor, Associate Professors) are required to submit a soft copy of the dossier in PDF format through email to establishment.sm@uoc.edu.pk
4- Foreign Degree Holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC or IBCC, as the case may be, along with the Application Form.
5- Applications must be accompanied by a processing fee paid in the any branch of Bank of Punjab (Non- refundable). The payable amount is Rs.5,000/- for the posts of (BS-20 & BS-21) and Rs.3,000/- for the posts of (BS-18 & BS-19). While the employees of UoC are exempted from processing fee.
6- Candidates who want to apply for more than one post are required to submit separate and complete Application Form along with separate Fee Challan of the required amount.
7- Candidates already employed in any Government/Semi Government Department or Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel by due date.
8- All Government employees who intend to apply for the posts through proper channel shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that there is no pending inquiry/outstanding dues against them. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental permission certificate/No Objection Certificate (NOC).
9- Experience in Government services shall only be accepted if the certificate is issued by the concerned appointing authority/person authorized to do so.
10- Experience where required for determination of eligibility for a post; a candidate shall have to produce documentary evidence in support of his/her claim.
11- The experience as Part-Time, Honorary, Apprentice, Internee, Visiting Faculty and Daily Wages appointment(s) will not be considered/counted.
12- Relaxation in upper age limit will be granted as per policy of Government of Punjab.
13- The quota for persons with special abilities, minorities and women will be observed as per policy of Government of Punjab.
14- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
15- The University reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement, fill any position, withhold an appointment for any advertised position without assigning any reason.
16- The University reserves the rights to conduct any screening test for the shortlisting of the candidates.
17- An appointment, other than faculty, shall be made from amongst the candidates domiciled in the Punjab.
18- Last date for submission of online applications is 15.07.2024 (Monday) and should reach the Office of the Registrar, University of Chakwal, Main Campus, Talagang Road, Chakwal during the office hours.
19- Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date (even though posted before the last date) will not be entertained.
