5- Application forms are also available from the office of Accounts Section, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, on payment of Rs.2000/-(during the duty hours).
6- The applications received after the last date of advertisement will not be considered. A separate complete application is necessary for each post applied.
7- No. of vacancies can also be increased/decreased/redistributed/reallocated by the competent authority without any notice.
