National Transmission and Despatch Company NTDC NTS Jobs 2024. National Transmission and Despatch Company NTDC invites applications from suitable candidates to fulfill the vacant posts of Trained Graduate Teacher, Audit Assistant, Transport Supervisor, Junior Clerk, Assistant, Senior Store Keeper, Junior Store Keeper, Sub Engineer, Senior Clerk, Khatib, Teacher, Tube Well Operator, Physical Education Teacher, Moazin and Cook. The last date for submissions of applications is June 07, 2024.

1- Candidates must possess recognized-relevant-degree/equivalence by HEC/IBCC or relevant institution and Candidates awaiting their result are not eligible to apply.
2- Photocopies of educational documents/experience certificates are not required at this stage.
3- Candidates are advised to deposit the test fee as follows as prescribed by NTS:
For Sr. A (01) Rs. 650/- (Rupees Six Hundred and fifty only)
For Sr. A (02 to 05) & B (01 to 13) Rs. 575/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Seventy-Five only)
4- Candidates applying against different quota (s) of above-mentioned categories, will be entertained if holding domicile of same district(s) &/ province mentioned against each. Different quotas such as Employees’ Children (ECQ), Minorities, disable etc. will be observed as per policy.
5- Candidates who wish to apply against NTDC employee’s children quota may indicate it in the relevant box given in the NTS application form.
6- Candidates applying against NTDC employee’s Children Quota must ensure to attach all relevant documents mentioned in the application form along with CNIC and NTDC Employee ID Card of father/mother. They must also provide an affidavit that their brother/sister widowed mother is not already employed in NTDC against employees” children quota.
7- Five (05) years general age relaxation has already been included in the age limit. No further age relaxation shall be granted except relaxation mentioned at (Sr # ‘viii. ix, &x”).
8- Upper age limit is relaxable upto 03 years for all the posts to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas (Ex-FATA), Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Kashmir. For posts at Sr. A (02 to 05) & B (01 to 13) this age relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years also includes Sindh (Rural) and Baluchistan.
9- NTDC/Government employees, who have completed two (02) years continuous service on the closing date of receipt of applications are allowed up to ten (10) years relaxation in the prescribed age limit. However, they shall apply through proper channel.
10- For posts at Sr. A (02 to 05) & B (01 to 13) Upper age limit is relaxable upto 10 years for disabled persons.
Original documents/degrees/certificates/NOC (in case of NTDC/Govt. Employee) must be presented by the candidates at the time of interview.
11- Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category (instructions at Sr # ‘viii. ix, & x’), he shall be allowed relaxation in age only in ONE category.
12- Candidates, if selected, may be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan.
13- Candidates may contact NTS for any query/enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centers, results etc.
14- Candidates applying against the Minority or Disability quota posts have to produce minority/disability certificate from authority concerned.
15- Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for written Test/interview.
16- The candidates who have been weeded out of service on disciplinary ground as well as dismissed or debarred for future employment are not eligible to apply.
17- The above BPS based positions will be considered for regularization after successful completion of the contract period and satisfactory performance as per rules.
18- Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect information shall be disqualified at any stage, even after employment, with cost. The candidate themselves will be responsible for the consequences of any incorrect information or non- provision of relevant data.
19- No TA/DA will be allowed to the candidates for Test or Interview.
20- NTDC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or withhold the recruitment process at any stage.
21- For the positions at Sr. A (01 to 05) & B (01 to 07, 09 & 11): candidates are advised to on apply online on prescribed Application Form available on NTS website www.nts.org.pk. The application forms/Fees Challan must reach at the following address by the prescribed date mentioned below by Courier Service/Pakistan Post etc.
22- For the positions at Sr. B (08, 10, 12 & 13): candidates are advised to apply on prescribed application form to be downloaded from NTS website (www.nts.org.pk). The application on prescribed Form along with original bank deposit slip (NTS Copy), attested copy of CNIC & two recent passport size photographs, must reach at the following address by the prescribed date mentioned below by Courier Service/Pakistan Post etc.
23- Last date for receipt of applications (online & Manual) is Friday, 7th June, 2024.
