Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences Career Opportunities 2024. Applications are invited for the Faculty and Non Faculty positions in Hyderabad Institute for Technology and Management Sciences – HITMS under HEC project titled “Establishment of Federal Institute at Hyderabad (Federal Institute of Science, Technology and the Arts – Hyderabad) Sindh” for the period of 2 years on contract basis.

Application form can be downloaded from website https://hitms.edu.pk/careers/ or can be obtained from office of the Registrar and submit with the Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs.5,000/- for all Teaching Faculty positions (Non-Refundable) as processing fee of applications in favor of Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Science, for non-faculty members will pay Rs.3,000/- (Non-Refundable) and supporting staff will pay Rs.1,000/- (Non-Refundable). The application form duly filled with supporting documents should reach on or before fifteen days of Publication of this advertisement at office of Registrar, Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Science, formerly Youth Hostel, Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad.
1- Candidate applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should submit five copies, Assistant Professor and non-teaching position should submit one copy of their bio-data/CV along with attested copies of degree, certificate, one photograph and Research Publications for each set with properly bonded.
2- Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
3- Maximum age limit is 45 years, relaxable in case of highly qualified suitable candidate and Government/ Semi Government employees in exceptional cases. However for the post of Registrar & Director Finance which are three years tenure post, the candidate upto the age of sixty two years may also be eligible.
4- Candidate for the post of Professor upto age of sixty two years may also be considered in field of Computer Science and emerging disciplines only.
5- Qualification and experience shall be calculated examined as on closing date of submission of applications.
6- Candidate applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with separate bank draft with necessary documents for each post.
7- Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional and experience certificate, processing fee etc. or applications received after the specified date shall not be entertained. The envelope should be marked with the post applied for.
8- The Institute reserves the right of cancellation of advertised post(s) partly or as a whole and Institute reserves the right to reduce or increase number of posts at any time.
9- Salary package for each vacancy which is on contractual basis will be market based/negotiable or as per Project PC-I and as decided by Selection Board/Selection Committee with the mutual consent during the interview.
